We engage volunteers to enhance children's learning, open up new avenues for them and also to widen our network with individuals and organizations. Volunteers help fill those gaps where our team do not possess the requisite skills. In the past we have benefited greatly through volunteers in various areas like:

• Teaching
• Fund raising
• Managing website and other social media platforms
• Help us in increasing our network

We welcome volunteers who would like to be associated with us. You can be a volunteer for a specific event or even can devote your precious time in a long-term commitment with us. We are also looking forward for volunteers with special skills such as music, craft, dance etc so that the childrens can learn and achieve their extracurricular dreams.

There are multiple openings for various types of internships. Internships positions are open not only to students, but also to graduates, home-makers, retired persons and even employed persons. What will you receive: Upon successful completion of internship, students will receive an “Internship Certificate”. Other volunteer categories will receive “Certificate of Appreciation”.

We will provide orientations as necessary to help you in your job. Simple Smile foundation has carved a name for itself in the sphere of care for vulnerable and underprivileged children, and our Certificate would be a valuable addition to your resume! This internship program does not carry a stipend. At the end of certain types of internships, the organization may, at its discretion, offer you a permanent position, depending on your performance and the needs of the organization.

Period of internship: An intern is expected to work with us for a minimum of 6 months, and may extend for a longer period – ensuring you have the opportunity to cover all the skill areas that you wish to develop and get the full potential out of your placement. Work placements may be at grass-roots level, stakeholder level or a combination of both.

At grass-root level, it will involve working directly with children, teachers, families and the local community. Stakeholder-level positions will involve interactions with sponsor groups like corporates, government and civil society based in Bangalore or anywhere in the world. Positions currently open:
